Article 1 (Applicability)

These terms govern the use of the desktop application "WRAPUP" (the "Software") provided by mocrom Inc. ("we"). By using the Software, you agree to these terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User": An individual or entity that installs and uses the Software
• "License Key": A unique code issued by us to activate the paid version
• "Integrated Services": External services such as Slack, GitHub, Notion from which the Software retrieves work data

Article 3 (Registration)

When applying for the free trial or purchase, you will register your email address. Please provide accurate information. Registering false information may result in loss of access.

Article 4 (Free Trial)

You may use all features of the Software free for 7 days from first installation. You will not be automatically charged after the trial. After the trial, data collection, copy, and export functions will be disabled.

Article 5 (License)

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software. One license key allows use on up to 2 devices. License validity is periodically verified online. In offline environments, use is allowed for 30 days from the last verification.

Article 6 (Purchase and Payment)

Purchases are processed through our payment processor (Lemonsqueezy). We accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express). We do not directly hold your credit card information.

Article 7 (Refunds)

As all features are available during the free trial, refunds are generally not provided. However, if the Software does not work properly due to technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support, refunds may be considered within 30 days of purchase.

Article 8 (Updates)

We provide updates to the Software from time to time. Updates are provided free of charge. We recommend promptly applying security-related updates.

Article 9 (Data Handling)

Work data retrieved from integrated services is stored locally on the user's device. Work data is never sent to our servers. Users can delete work data at any time. Authentication credentials are encrypted and stored in the device's secure storage.

Article 10 (Relationship with Integrated Services)

The Software retrieves work data using each integrated service's API. Each service's terms of service apply to use of that service. Changes to API specifications may cause some or all features to become unavailable.

Article 11 (Prohibited Activities)

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
• Resale, transfer, disclosure, or sharing of license keys
• Copying or redistributing the Software
• Illegal activities using the Software
• Actions that infringe on third-party rights

Article 12 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Software belong to us. Users are granted only a right to use, not a transfer of ownership.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

The Software is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the Software's completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

Article 14 (Changes and Termination)

We may change the Software's content. If we terminate the Software, we will notify you 30 days before. Since the Software runs locally, installed software remains usable after service termination.

Article 15 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these terms. For important changes, we will notify your registered email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 16 (Governing Law)

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
